PENDZIUCH (Hugo Pendziuch, Don Torcuato, Buenos Aires, Argentina) operates this site. This page explains what personal data we collect and what we do with it, in line with Argentina’s Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection.

What data we collect

• Contact form: first name, last name, email, phone/WhatsApp and the message you write. Used only to respond to your inquiry, never sold or shared with third parties.
• Google reCAPTCHA: the form uses reCAPTCHA v2 to filter spam. Google may process technical data (IP, behavior) under its own privacy policy.
• User registration: if you register on the site (for example to publish content), we store your username, email and what you publish, under moderation.
• Technical cookies: we use caching (LiteSpeed) so the site loads fast; we do not currently run advertising tracking cookies or active pixels.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data, use it for third-party advertising, or transfer it outside the purpose you gave it for.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to [email protected].

Hosting

The site is hosted on Hostinger; contact form data is stored in the site’s WordPress database.
